This publication examines the global resurgence of tall building construction following a post-recession slowdown, highlighting a wave of new developments across major cities such as New York, Melbourne, Beijing, and Toronto. It explores emerging urban typologies—from ultra-slender luxury towers to large-scale regeneration projects—alongside advances in construction technology, resilience, and public space design.
