We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

If an order is refused because customs duties or taxes are not paid, or if the shipment is returned to us for this reason, any return shipping, storage, customs, or other related charges incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
